As you may be aware, Ed and Mary Jo Kennett are the owners and sales brokers of Kennett Realty having established this agency in 1990. Since this time we have had the good fortune of conveying more property than any other area agency due in large part to the loyal patronage of clients and customers such as yourselves.
Ed Kennett has been in charge of the construction of the majority of the Sunday River Condominiums and Townhomes and Base Lodges at Sunday River from the years 1985 to 1989; this period being when new construction was at an all time high at the ski resort. The condo complexes and base lodges he built and/or oversaw include all of Brookside I and II, all of Merrill Brook I, II and III, all of North Peak I, II and III, the majority of the Fall Line complex as well as the majority of the South Ridge Townhomes, White Cap A, the original Locke Mountain Complex, the South Ridge Base Lodge, Barker Mountain Base Lodge and White Cap Base Lodge...Since leaving Sunday River and starting up Kennett Realty, with Mary Jo, he has sold hundreds and hundreds of Sunday River On-Mountain Condos and Townhomes. To say he probably knows your unit inside and out is a fair assessment!
Mary Jo Kennett has, to date, been in the real estate field for over a 20 year period. She worked at Sunday River starting in the year 1986. From 1987 to 1990 she sold the majority of the developer owned on-mountain condos; a time period where on-mountain condo construction and on-mountain condo conveyances were phenomenal. Mary Jo was the top sales person at Sunday River's Real Estate Department during this time. Since then she started Kennett Realty and serves as Designated Broker; To date, she has been involved in easily over 1,000 transactions of Sunday River on-mountain condos and townhomes. The majority of her favorite clients and customers include the hundreds of wonderful families she has met whom are Sunday River Condo Owners.
